Day1:Arrival&Underground Cheese Secrets

  • Morning/Afternoon:Arrival in the region and check-in atanauthenticAgriturismo(farmaccommodation) among or close to the vineyards.
  • Afternoon:Visit to a historic cheese factory. Here we literally dive into the depths:the cheeses mature incenturies-old underground caves (e.g.the famousFossacheese) for a unique,intense flavour.
  • Evening:Welcome dinner with local cheeses and the first glasses of regional wine.

Day2:Trufflehunting&fine wines

  • Morning:The“hunt”.Together witha professional trufflehunter(trifolao)and his dog,we head into the forest to find the precious truffle(white or black,depending on the season).
  • Lunch:Back at the farm:the freshly found truffle is immediately used in a lunch.
  • Afternoon:Winetasting.Visit a prestigious winery in Gubbio for a tour of the cellars and a tasting of the“greatwines”.
  • Evening:Free time or a light,local meal.

Day3:CulinaryFarewell&Culture

  • Morning:A cooking workshop or visit to a local market to soak up th eatmosphere.

Afternoon:Mountainbike Magic in Le Marche! Explore the unspoilt nature of LeMarche on our mountainbikes!🌿Today we cruise through breathtaking hills, paststeep limestone cliffs and dive into the spectacular Gola del Furlo.🏞️We'll end th eultimate adventure as it should be:lunch at the“Terrazza alta delFurlo”or La Ginestra witha view oft he gorge and a plate of fresh pasta with truffles.🍝✨Whataday!
